Product Description
Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), also known as acrylic or organic glass, is a polymer with high transparency, low cost, and easy mechanical processing. It is a commonly used glass substitute material.
1. Colorless and transparent, with a transmittance of 90% -92%, strong toughness, more than 10 times larger than silicon glass.
2. Excellent optical, insulation, processability, and weather resistance.
3. Dissolved in organic solvents such as carbon tetrachloride, benzene, toluene, dichloroethane, trichloromethane, and acetone.
4. It has high transparency and brightness, good heat resistance, and is characterized by toughness, hardness, and rigidity. It has a hot deformation temperature of 80 ℃ and a bending strength of 110Mpa.
5. Density 1.14-1.20g/cm3, deformation temperature 76-116 ℃, molding shrinkage 0.2-0.8%.
6. The coefficient of linear expansion is 0.00005-0.00009/℃, and the thermal deformation temperature is 68-69 ℃ (74-107 ℃).
